Disadvantages:"For some reason, the plane left the gate about 40 minutes late. Also, it was very difficult to hear the announcements from the flight deck.

Disadvantages:"A certain flight attendant deliberately ignored me when I tried to ask for cream and sugar for my coffee, which she didn't offer when dispensing drinks. Then she looked straight at me twice when I tried to give her my trash she was collecting but again she ignored me and let me hold my trash until another flight attendant came much later and took it without incident. I wondered whether it was because I looked Asian - she was helpful and polite to the white women next to me. I was polite and was in no way difficult. I'm half white but was treated that way a lot in Illinois growing up. She should have been professional and if she had I would have rated the trip excellent. "

Advantages:"My flight was on time and check in was super easy and quick. One of the flights was slightly delayed but that was the weather so I didn't mind because the staff was attentive."

Disadvantages:"I wasn't allowed to use the restroom when we had about 20 minutes to go to land. Since they were collecting the last of the garbage, the toilets were locked and I wasn't allowed to use them. I can understand putting her down once the flight crew is seated, but she was still walking around and I really had to leave. I don't remember a warning for this. If there was an announcement, it was inaudible over the hum of the engine. I am very unsatisfied with this last part of my experience."
Advantages:“Your typical airlines for check-in, baggage, etc., but I was pleasantly surprised when our return journey seat assignments were together without having to select them. Baggage was extremely fast on the outward flight, but took a few minutes of flight on the return flight."
Disadvantages:"As with most airlines, the seating area leaves a little to be desired, but legroom was adequate for a 6ft 4in male."

I had to leave the mess all over the floor. The person seated next to me offered to help clean up the mess. I cleaned it up myself using a safety information card as a scoop and dumped the mess into a puke bag. The flight attendant should have offered a trash bag as there was plenty of time before take off. I have flown as a flight attendant for your airline for almost four years and I know AS flight attendants are some of the best."
Advantages:“Both of my flights were great, especially my outbound flight from Chicago, the flight attendants at the gate were fantastic. I don't think I've ever met more helpful, nicer flight attendants - nothing seemed rushed and they were helpful and happy. Likewise, the flight attendants were very nice and cheerful. Flights were on time and I arrived early on my first flight. I've flown a lot in the last year but this was one of my better experiences with an airline. Check in was really easy too.”

I was traveling with a toddler who needed to warm up her milk in a bottle and I asked for hot water but she didn't bring it. I asked twice for hot water. Initially, when the plane took off, she said she couldn't bring anything during takeoff, but even after takeoff and at cruising altitude, she didn't come by until we rang the call bell and another flight attendant came over the flight, we happened to ask the same flight attendant for hot water when she passed - she nodded her head but again didn't come back with hot water. I pressed the call button again and another attendant came over and gave me water. I felt that she didn't like looking after the passengers and always seemed to have an attitude. I understand that traveling with a child can be difficult for others, but imagine the parents who have to take care of a starving baby. The flight was also a bit too warm. "

Advantages:"Extra legroom, comfortable leather seats, cleanliness of the cabin, efficiency and friendly nature of the staff, assigned seats and enough space in the gate area to get comfortable. I also really appreciated being able to hear and understand all the announcements Gate area and on board by the accompanying staff and the captain."
Disadvantages:"Some passengers in the gate area were 'sit pigs', sitting in a seat and taking one or two extra seats for their luggage while people tried to find seats, especially when we experienced delays. It's not the airlines' fault, but it occurs to me that there could be gentle reminders in print or in announcements asking people to make room for other passengers."

Disadvantages:“A person who was very overweight sat next to me and also took up half of my seat. I understand that we all deserve to ride comfortably and I don't want to embarrass them. That said, if someone can't fold down the armrest I think the airline should require them to buy both seats as not being seated for the entire trip is very uncomfortable. I'm an average height person so it was a challenge but even short people deserve the full seat they bought. There really should be a rule or something."

Disadvantages:“This was the most nerve wracking and uncomfortable flight I have ever had. I really love Jetblue and I know this particular flight doesn't define you. Apart from that I was sorry to have to experience this. Even sitting on the runway before takeoff was uncomfortable as we pivoted to the takeoff position. The weather was nice and it felt so weird going back and forth like the trail was filled with sharp S turns. Then the whole flight "It was bumpy going up and down and all over the place. I would say there was about 20 minutes of still air throughout the flight. Then there was the last 90 minutes which was absolutely terrifying. I know that the turbulence can't be helped but I feel like the flight attendants weren't very accommodating during this, I was seated near the back and they just sat and chatted about something they would meet later while people were up and around when the seat belt sign was on.Then for many hours a baby would cry and they didn't try at all to help or reassure the parents.They mostly just sat in the back complaining about bumps and laughing at how people I found it so much more frustrating that in addition to the rough air, the crying baby, and the roaming passengers, we also had to deal with the attendants n who laughed at how uncomfortable we felt. It wasn't like I've ever experienced before and I really hope I never have to experience it again at JetBlue."
Disadvantages:“Almost an ordeal of 9 hours. 4 hours delay due to weather for the flight because a crew who was supposed to take our flight had "run out". Only took off after 1am, finally landed and sat on the plane because a plane was 'restricted' at our gate. It's 4:33 a.m., I've been off the plane for half an hour, no luggage has yet come off the carousel and there's no sign that this absolutely horrible experience is about to end."
Advantages:"I was amazed by all the dedicated JetBlue employees available who were available to answer questions. I haven't flown JetBlue often but have heard a lot of great things."
Disadvantages:“Weather delay which is beyond JetBlue's control but when we landed (6 hours later) we sat on the runway for an additional hour due to our gate being occupied by a disabled aircraft. I think JetBlue could have done a better job of ensuring a backup gate was available or updating their passengers on the situation."
Advantages:“The crew was great, as was a JetBlue pilot who floated dead in the seat next to me. I liked the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I was relieved that the upgraded seat came with first group boarding. Some airlines you pay for the seat but are still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of fears about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering if you have to check the bags and Then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."

Disadvantages:"I never got a chance to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from Boston Airport. I was later told that there was a fire. I called the 1-800 JETBLUE number and explained the situation. The agent said there would be a $75 rebooking fee and at 4:47pm there were no more flights that night and that I would be charged the fare difference the next day as well. I quickly went online and found a heavily discounted United flight for $56! When I arrived at the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not enough agents on staff and no worries that I might miss my new United flight .Thank Gid I acted quickly and got another flight that evening otherwise I would have had to spend the night at the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism!"

Disadvantages:“I was delayed half a dozen times only to be cancelled. Rebooked on a flight scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rebooked after an hour of waiting. This flight was delayed the next day. Was only diverted to Baltimore to find out only a few of us got off on our flight by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an Amtrak. I found out later that if I had stayed I would have stayed in Baltimore for another 13 hours. Missed work and had no one at home to take care of my family. Oh, and the travel insurance doesn't cover anything. The plane itself fell apart. The seat was broken and dirty. All the lights were out and it stunk."

Disadvantages:"It was just a mechanical problem that forced our plane to turn after just two hours of flight, return to JFK and then wait another two hours to board a new flight to PHX. So a scheduled arrival at 10:00 p.m. in PHX turned around to 6:00 a.m. I'm not sure if there was anything else that could have been done other than checking this situation out before we originally departed (if possible) and maybe being able to land somewhere closer than returning all the way to JFK need to know that JetBlue doesn't have many locations or aircraft yet, so our options may have been limited. We got a $100 credit, but it was quite a painful flight that basically turned into a red eye after the original 6pm departure. Again, not sure if there are other options, just wanted to share my experience. My flights with JetBlue have usually been on time and I'm a Mosaic member. It might have helped if there had been better communication at JFK airport ( knowing it was going to be two hours instead of thinking we w before boarding the plane right back) we could have maybe chilled out at a restaurant or something. It was just exhausting waiting and getting later and later. There is no Admirals Club or any place where passengers can wait in such circumstances. Thanks."

I asked my companion twice to buy headphones. She never brought them and may have forgotten them, but she sat in front of her phone the entire flight, which was just annoying. After a delay (for no apparent reason), she then had to sit for more than 20 minutes due to a "too cold jet bridge" (isn't it?). made for outdoors?) this JB flight was far from satisfactory.”

Disadvantages:“I arrived 40 minutes before my flight and found it was too late to check my bag in. I rebooked my flight for a fee of $50 to ensure I got to my meeting on time. Walking inside, I found that my original flight was delayed, leaving only 15 minutes earlier than my new flight, which was then delayed another 45 minutes...a disaster. Basically I paid an extra $50 for nothing. In fact, I would have been on my original flight and would have gotten it if you hadn't made it to my meeting on time, you're down to your own attitude towards customers."

At the end of the trip I agreed that this is a significantly different and great airline. My complaint is that I have to travel from NE Wisconsin to Chicago to use Jet Blue. When are you coming to MKE? The way the food and drink orders were handled worked well and the selection was good Needless to say the media on offer was wonderful."

Disadvantages:“Legroom was great, but as a broad-shouldered guy, the seat width was abysmal. Unfortunately, the Delta 767 doesn't offer an upgrade for a wider seat beyond Delta One, and my employer won't jump for that. Too bad there's no premium economy option. Also, the entertainment device on the seat next to mine wasn't working properly, which you wouldn't think would affect me that much, other than because it would "see" random touches throughout the flight, the screen would turn on, off, brighter, darker, playing random stuff, and generally being as annoying as possible to anyone nearby during a night flight."
Disadvantages:“The tray table was broken, I was downgraded from Comfort Plus to Main cabin after changing planes with no one mentioned and no compensation. The flight was delayed 45 minutes due to a flight attendant being late and in the end to top it all off the flight the flight attendants prevented leaving the cabin until all first class had flown even when no one came blocked she still him. This is a practice I have never seen at Delta and in aviation for almost 20 years in the US"

It was only as I approached the gate for boarding that I noticed on the information screen that I had been 'upgraded' to Comfort+ and allowed to board with the Sky Priority group. The cabin crew were wonderful as always, and my delicious gin and tonic calmed any dissatisfaction. I wish I could fly like this all the time!"
Disadvantages:“The private contractor who took care of wheelchair assistance was terrible. One Delta employee theorized that they don't pay enough to recruit and retain staff. Our pre-arranged chair wasn't there, multiple calls from our Delta Assistant finally got us to move us to the area, but after about 45 minutes we gave up and shuffled on foot to security. Thank God my husband is mobile enough that that would have been an option. When we gave up our wait we were still 4th in line for an attendant to push the chair. If Delta has any responsibility in this regard, it is withholding and compensating the private contractor.”

Despite having our boarding passes in hand, we had to wait in a long, slow line for luggage tags because they weren't printed at the kiosk. There were few Air France staff on duty. Thousands of passengers were served during the peak season (July). As the lines grew, the staff was reduced from 4 to 2. Another long slow line for customs, another long slow line for security = Charles de Gaulle airport was terrible. We arrived at the airport 4 hours before our departure time and got to our boarding gate in no time."
Disadvantages:"My wife was told she could not board our flight from Boston to Paris because her passport had expired, although it had not expired. We were told that passports in Europe cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally boarded the plane. How they could not bring this to our attention until we boarded the plane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This ruined our holiday which had been planned for the last 6 months.

Then the baggage fees were $20 for a checked bag and $30 for a carry-on bag! It pretty much forced us to check one bag save the money and then they lost our bag. It was a direct flight, not sure how that happens. And the last and worst fee is traveling with a pet, they charged $199 to bring my 5 lb dog on board. No one saw her or looked for her ticket, what on earth is $199 if the dog fits in a bag under the seat in front of me. I had to spend $120 before but an average charge is $60. I would never have brought my dog I knew it would be $400 round trip. I am so upset and will never fly to sunny land again.”

I asked one of the flight attendants as soon as we boarded for some water and she was so sweet that she couldn't bring us a bottle but she brought us a glass and made sure we were ok."

Couldn't find where the "electronic" boarding passes were stored. There doesn't seem to be a specific APP like Delta's that worked like a charm. "

Flight from Minneapolis to LA was delayed and my seat/flotation device on this plane remained unbuckled while I slept. Just a nightmare from start to finish and I'll never fly to Sun Countey again."

Disadvantages:"More than an hour flight delay due to defective equipment on the plane caused me to miss my connecting flight. Not uncommon and understanding that these things happen, they assured connecting passengers that they were working on rebooking tickets at the next airport. When we arrived there was little chaos going on as the majority of passengers had connecting flights and we all had to wait while we explained the situation to the flight attendants and called them to reschedule flights. There were no Sun flights that day Country to Denver, so they moved me to Southwest. Again, I was still trying to be understanding, but at that point Southwest put me on another connecting flight to Chicago that took over an hour and a half to depart, and another hour later I would finally be able to get a flight to Denver. That flight landed and Changing planes. The fun didn't stop there either, my heart sank when we had to get off the flight from Chicago to Denver due to a problem with the weather gear. I was so scared the nightmare wouldn't end, I was exhausted from being at the airport so early and having to change planes/airports so many times. Luckily Southwest had another plane of the same size within a reasonable amount of time which we boarded. Whether it's just bad luck or Sun Country could do a lot of things differently, I have to say I won't be flying with them again."

The entire Sun Country staff was unacceptable. First, the airport staff wouldn't tell us anything when we boarded, or the updated departure time after the first delay. We ended up boarding 15 minutes after the stated departure time with no warning or notification. On the plane, the flight crew didn't give us a takeoff time (such as how many planes were in line behind us) or our arrival time in Minneapolis."
Disadvantages:“The boarding ramp broke and the person running to get on the plane started screaming and panicking, which was totally inappropriate. Even if something deserves panic that doesn't help your customers. Then it took an hour to fix it and I missed my connection."

Disadvantages:"As I was returning to my seat after using the restroom, I witnessed an elderly blonde flight attendant treating a passenger inappropriately. The passenger happened to be wearing a hijab. The flight attendant repeatedly and in a raised voice asked the passenger to go back to her seat and even put her hands on her shoulders three times and shoved her towards her seat. Meanwhile, the passenger stood in line for the bathroom and , more importantly, was waiting for her much younger brother who was in line 3 people ahead of her; The flight attendant either couldn't hear us trying to tell her she was waiting for her younger brother or I didn't care. I was very uncomfortable when she seemed to single out this woman. It was very fitting for the woman, even though she was discriminated against and deported."

Disadvantages:“The flight was delayed for more than 4 hours with no explanation as to why. There was no one I could ask at the counter. When I called the number they said the wait was 30 minutes to speak to a representative. As I waited and automated the system started talking and said the reason you are having to wait longer than expected is because Sun Country is trying to incorporate new innovations. Your reaction might be that it's crazy, and you're right, it is. After all that, I quietly waited the rest of the evening. Boarding time came, the team was highly UNTRAINED. I watched them TWO mothers with babies move from line to line. The lines got out of control several times. People literally jumped lines. No sense of leadership or organization. Literally taking this as a warning from someone who has had several bad experiences with the same airlines over the past year and a half. I'm done with Sun Country!"

The flight was by far one of the smoothest, smoother than Jet Blue. The crew was so nice and always smiling. They looked like they really love their job. I will 1000000% use them again."

The seating option was difficult at first but we upgraded to the exit row which was well worth the money. The flight crew was the nicest we have experienced in a long time. Boarding took forever, then we sat on the runway for over an hour. Then I got to Minneapolis to find out that our connection was still there, but very late... for another unspecified reason. Disadvantages:"American isn't my airline of choice for obvious reasons (delays, notoriously poor service, old planes, and a lack of amenities like wifi and TVs), but now I'll never spend my money on them again. They deducted me already delayed flight after I was already on board to examine my smart bag. I know lithium batteries can't be taken into the underbelly of the plane and I knew my bag would probably be checked at the gate (why I removed the battery and I left it at home in the first place.) when they asked me if If I had a lithium battery in my pocket, I said no. Then they checked the bag and let me on the plane. After everyone was on board (half an hour after scheduled departure) they called my name over the loudspeaker. I then had to disembark the plane and again explain to the staff that there was no lithium battery in my bag. The staff didn't believe me, citing the unerring logic: "There are ports, therefore there is a battery." I kept telling them that the battery had been removed and the charging ports - while they were there - were inactive since they weren't connected to the battery. Still, I had to remove all my clothes from my bag and open each individual compartment (of which there were many) in order to get back on the plane. They told me that if my bag couldn't come with them, they might have to "rebook" the flight. I don't think I need that to explain how upset/terrified that made me."
Advantages:"The air crew was professional and courteous - the flight was fast and took less than 90 minutes in the air, overall pleasant."
Disadvantages:"The gate attendant was quite rude (could be a result of travel stress while on vacation) - several travelers were not fluent in English and she snapped at them or rolled her eyes when she didn't understand the instructions. Boarded extremely early (nearly an hour) but sat on tarmac for some time - eventually departed about 20 minutes late No fault of the airline and probably the result of holiday backlog Baggage unloading was delayed (holiday traffic jam again) but it was no staff available to inform passengers of the delay and the bags were not in the original carriage. This resulted in a delay in unloading of about 20 minutes. Was eventually found in the second baggage aisle and witnessed baggage handlers carelessly tossing baggage onto the floor of the car. Nothing was damaged but was upset with lack of communication and general disorganization.”

When we finally arrived our gate was already occupied by another plane and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our gate, there was another problem, now with the "finger". They couldn't move it and couldn't connect it to the plane to get out of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally, as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our hand luggage in the hallway (because it was a small CR700 plane), but again we had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to send the luggage. . . To make matters worse I had a first class ticket and was unable to use the perks at the airport because they said I am not flying on an Int international flight. light up?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not international??? You lost me, AA."

Disadvantages:"As a walking disabled person who cannot walk and is dependent on a wheelchair as I know from my many previous trips with other companies such as Lufthansa, klm etc. I used to be the first traveler to take the plane loading to take off and the last one it would leave after landing.Even going through the checkpoints and security points, I went in a special route specifically for the disabled, but with all the other normal travel lines with so much waiting and crowding is totally impractical.What during the Journey happened was very different, walking with the travelers or after they get into the vehicle makes it very difficult and time consuming Thank you for taking the time to read my comment."

It took an hour before they informed us that they had transferred the pilot to another flight, not only when he was delayed the first time (40 minutes late) About ten minutes before scheduled boarding, we are told that the crew it will take the flight attendant 30 minutes to get to the gate. They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly, I will never fly American Airlines again!!!"

Disadvantages:“Unfortunately, our plane was grounded in Chicago before our leg of the trip even began. When it arrived in YYZ, many of us would already be missing connectors. Due to a smaller plane we have to stow most of our carry-on luggage underneath which caused a bit of chaos upon disembarking as I tried to get bags and rush to the next few flights.As I knew before we left YYZ we were quite my husband drove to ORD to pick me up instead of waiting 24 hours for the next flight to St.Louis 8 hours drive added to an already long day for him but we made the best of it."
Advantages:"Good thing is they sent you to Finnair to fix the service disruption caused by AA...why should they pay for it? AA is only one operator per itinerary!
Disadvantages:"Checked in online with Finnair and automatically for the second connecting flight... and not the first -AA. So had to check in again at the terminal for the first flight. Boarding passes were printed 2 out of 3 by AA and both had errors - wrong gate for the first flight and no boarding information for the second connecting flight - just blank!AA did not provide connection information until I found an unmanned staff member at the terminal and customer service lines were about 20 people at 2 locations I went to.The connection information should be in the itinerary , which they said at customer service...no, she wasn't there either!"

Disadvantages:"The gate agent had us start in boarding group 6 of 9 to check the sizes of the bags in the size box and she got into a verbal fight with another passenger. A guy told her she could get in, but the gate agent said no, it didn't fit and she couldn't get in. Then the agent claimed she had to check her luggage at the gate and claimed there were no more seats left overhead. So everyone had to check in at the gate afterwards. When I got in there were at least 8 empty bins and I hadn't even got my seat in row 22 yet. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she wanted to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger.
Advantages:"How quickly they had us in the air (5 minutes early)."
Disadvantages:"In their rush to leave they did not discuss overhead lockers with the crew on board and I was forced to check a priceless item that I was intentionally taking into the cabin. The overhead bins above my own seat were empty. I was "I wasn't allowed to go back and retrieve my bag because they had already taken it. And they were completely indifferent to my situation, which is not surprising since they didn't understand the value of my item. Hence, I had a full-on panic attack for my entire 2 hour flight, my medicine was also among the items in my now checked baggage, it was too late, my baggage was taken and thrown under the plane when it struck, and the flight attendants also had perfume that due my smell sensitivity has given me a tension headache.Considering they work in a recycled air hose this seems like a major oversight on their part and should bear in mind that not everyone can handle even the faintest perfume.It doesn't seem like one big deal for her because mental illness is still considered made up, but it was trigger enough since I will not be flying American Airlines again."

They told me it was still in Chicago. When I finally received my bags , I find them full of sawdust and sand and several damaged items. I will NEVER fly American Airlines again and I will highly recommend to my friends and family to avoid them like they avoid the plague. Terrible service! Nothing but a mess and the agents didn't apologize once even after admitting that my troubles on this trip were due to a mistake by one of their agents.

A year ago the same thing happened to me at Gate M1 and my wife had to push me the full distance. By the way, I'm 71 and my wife is 68."
Advantages:“We boarded on time and took off on time. We got to Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently purchased an AA credit card and we have 2 free checked bags and priority boarding (group 5). In today's world you need priority boarding from some sorts on AA or you risk not being able to stow your bags in the overheads and possibly having to clear them through to your final destination. Also, in one of our checked bags was a painting, that we bought and the luggage and the painting arrived intact. Good job from AA baggage handlers.”

The plane was so cramped that you couldn't take a long walk down the aisles to relieve muscle spasms after being in the same position for 10 hours. My final destination was San Jose, CA but that required a 12:30pm - 8:00pm wait O'Hare Again staff not caring about travel comfort given those parameters.American felt ok my final stop from Chicago to San Jose an hour later than originally planned, but offered no compensation for prolonging my discomfort. The move from British Airways to American came as a surprise. New flight numbers and changes increased my travel stress. I'm only 1.70m tall and not obese, but couldn't fit properly in my seat: kept being nudged by passers-by Gang. Airline doesn't care about passenger comfort."

Advantages:“The gentleman from the wheelchair service who met us when we arrived at Heathrow went above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of handing us off to another wheelchair attendant as we had to change terminals, he stayed with us during the terminal change until we were on the plane. We needed to get our boarding passes at Heathrow from another airline and he helped us with that. Kudos to him! The attendants on this flight were very helpful as my husband and I had a diabetic reaction and vomited due to airsickness. We were a mess!! However, the flight attendants were sure we had a wheelchair in Chicago and helped us with our bags as we got off the plane. Good work."
Disadvantages:"They didn't have a record of that portion of my trip after a few people checked they found the Chicago to Ammon portion, so they put me on a Washington to Chicago flight. Everything should have been fine from there, but they sent me the wrong way to the gate. Luckily I just made it to the right gate to board. Upon arrival in Chicago, no one was available to provide information on how to get to the Royal Jordanian gates. Also on my AA portion of my flight which arrived in the US in New York The flight was canceled and I was told the next available flight was available the next day (18 hours delay) at the other airport in New York. I needed someone from D.C. let (my destination) drive to pick me up.
